APRO Formazione
Apro Formazione is a non-profit consortium that has been active for decades in vocational training and the management of European projects. With strong local roots, it brings together public and private organisations and has laboratories, tasting rooms and specific expertise in the wine sector, ranging from wine tasting to wine tourism.
Within the framework of DEVIN0, it coordinates the partnership’s activities, manages communications and contributes to the training of businesses, thereby ensuring the operational quality and continuity of the project.
CREA Viticoltura ed Enologia
CREA-VE is Italy’s leading public body dedicated to scientific research on wine. Its Asti site specialises in oenological chemistry, microbiology, winemaking techniques and sensory analysis, and has laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art instruments.
The centre has extensive experience in wine dealcoholisation and actively participates in the technical groups of the OIV and the European Commission. Within the framework of the project, it is leading the Italian trials, the physico-chemical analyses and the drafting of the final cross-border study.
Vignaioli Piemontesi
Vignaioli Piemontesi is the largest association of winegrowers in Piedmont and a leading source of technical and informational support for the sector. It provides agronomic and oenological support, conducts trials in vineyards and cellars, and coordinates a vast network of wine-growing estates.
As part of the project, it plays a key role in engaging businesses, raising awareness of innovations and organising training activities, thereby facilitating the dissemination of knowledge among producers in the ALCOTRA area.
Centre du Rosé
The Rosé Centre is one of France’s leading centres dedicated to research into rosé wines, with expertise in viticulture, oenology, chemical analysis and sensory analysis. It has an experimental cellar, an analysis laboratory and a professional tasting panel.
The centre coordinates French experiments, leads cross-border sensory analysis and contributes to the development of dealcoholisation protocols best suited to the grape varieties of the ALCOTRA area, thereby strengthening the project’s scientific and comparative approach.
